Founded on the belief that the primary components of price are underlying value, the prevailing cost of credit, the risk-free interest rate, inflation/deflation expectations and monetary supply, DeCotiis Analytics primarily compiles price per unit of value metrics and “rate-adjusted price per unit of value” metrics for evaluating the relative expense of a market, asset class or asset.
